Harry Master's Jersey is one of the most trusted bittersweet cider apple varieties in the West Country tradition, and our freshly pressed juice delivers everything that reputation promises. Rich in tannins, generous in natural sugar, and reliably full-bodied, it's the backbone variety that holds a blend together and gives it presence — or stands confidently on its own as a single varietal.

Pressed at The Orchard Point Prim and immediately quick frozen in 10L aseptic tetra-bags, every bag locks in the variety's character at peak harvest. Our test batches confirm the juice can be used up to 12 months after its press date with no degradation in flavour — ferment it now or hold it for when your recipe calls for it.
