Shipping Policy

At The Orchard Point Prim, we take great care in shipping our heirloom cider juice, scionwood, budwood, and related products. Please review our shipping policies below for each product type.

Scionwood & Budwood

Scionwood ships in May; budwood ships in September. These products are shipped in soft padded containers with cooling jackets to ensure freshness. Only expedited shipping is available. Orders for scionwood will open in our store in January and budwood will open in July.

Frozen Cider Juice

Available until sold out; please check our storefront to see what is in stock. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of frozen juice and the climbing cost of freight, we are unable to ship this product outside of the provinces listed below. Only expedited shipping is available.

Perishables Disclaimer

Frozen cider juice is a temperature-sensitive product. We take care to pack all orders to maintain frozen integrity during transit. However, once a shipment leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order upon delivery. Orders left unattended after delivery are at the customer's risk. If you have concerns about delivery timing, please contact us before placing your order.

Fresh Apples

Available seasonally. When fresh apples are available, they will be advertised on our website.
