Bedan des Parts Cider Juice
Rare French Bittersweet — Ready to Ferment
Bedan des Parts is a prized French bittersweet cider apple from the traditional orchards of Normandy and Brittany, and now you can ferment it without growing a single tree. Our freshly pressed Bedan des Parts juice captures everything that makes this variety exceptional: rich body, generous tannins, and a depth of flavour that produces ciders of real Old World character.
Each batch is pressed at The Orchard Point Prim, packaged in 10L aseptic tetra-bags, and quick frozen immediately after pressing to lock in peak flavour. Our test batches confirm the juice can be used up to 12 months after its press date with no degradation in flavour profile — so you can ferment on your schedule, not ours.

We always recommend a cider-specific yeast and yeast nutrient when fermenting. Order early — single-variety juice from heritage French bittersweets is rare, and quantities are limited each season.
