Chisel Jersey Scionwood
Graft a Devon Bittersweet Built for Blending
Chisel Jersey is one of the great Devon cider apples — a late-season bittersweet that produces a juice of exceptional richness and depth. Very high in tannin and low in acidity, it's the kind of variety that anchors a blend and gives it structure, body, and that unmistakable West Country weight. It's not a variety that shouts; it's one that holds everything together and makes the whole greater than the sum of its parts.
We offer Chisel Jersey as scionwood — freshly cut grafting wood from our own trees here at The Orchard Point Prim on Prince Edward Island. Each stick is approximately 4 inches long with a minimum of 3 healthy buds, ready to graft onto your rootstock of choice.
