Harrison Scionwood
Graft an American Cider Legend
Harrison is the great rediscovered cider apple of North America. Once celebrated as the finest cider apple grown on American soil — producing a juice so rich and complex it was exported to England — it nearly vanished entirely before being brought back from the brink. Today it's one of the most sought-after varieties among serious cidermakers on this side of the Atlantic. High in sugar, firm in tannin, and with just enough acidity to keep things lively, Harrison ferments into a cider of real depth and distinction.
We offer Harrison as scionwood — freshly cut grafting wood from our own trees here at The Orchard Point Prim on Prince Edward Island. Each stick is approximately 4 inches long with a minimum of 3 healthy buds, ready to graft onto your rootstock of choice.
