Somerset Redstreak Scionwood
Graft a Piece of Cider History
Somerset Redstreak is one of the great heritage cider apples — a bittersweet variety with a storied past and a flavour profile that speaks directly to the West Country tradition. Prized for its rich, mellow tannins and gentle acidity, it produces a juice of real elegance that ferments into smooth, full-bodied ciders with lasting depth. If you're building an orchard with history behind it, Somerset Redstreak belongs in it.
We offer Somerset Redstreak as scionwood — freshly cut grafting wood from our own trees here at The Orchard Point Prim on Prince Edward Island. Each stick is approximately 4 inches long with a minimum of 3 healthy buds, ready to graft onto your rootstock of choice.
