At The Orchard Point Prim, Domaine has earned its place as a reliable backbone variety — the apple that holds a blend together and gives it presence. Its moderate acidity keeps things balanced while its natural sweetness provides plenty of fermentable sugar for a satisfying, full-bodied result.

Our cider juice is freshly pressed and packaged in 10L aseptic tetra-bags, then quick frozen to maintain its flavour and characteristics. Our test batches have shown that frozen juice for fermenting can be used up to 12 months after its press date without degradation in its flavour profile. We always recommend a cider specific yeast and yeast nutrient when fermenting cider.
