Stoke Red Scionwood
Graft the Bittersharp That Does It All
Stoke Red is one of the most versatile cider apple varieties you can grow. As a true bittersharp, it brings both meaningful tannin and bright acidity to the press — a combination that makes it invaluable for blending and exceptional as a single varietal. Originating from Somerset, it's a variety that experienced cidermakers return to again and again for its balance and reliability.
We offer Stoke Red as scionwood — freshly cut grafting wood from our own trees here at The Orchard Point Prim on Prince Edward Island. Each stick is approximately 4 inches long with a minimum of 3 healthy buds, ready to graft onto your rootstock of choice.
